5 YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL TONOREX DESIGN PRODUCTS
At Tonorex Design, we develop beautiful designs from the best natural materials to ensure high, lasting quality. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on all our products – but of course we expect them to last even longer.
The warranty is provided by Tonorex Design AB and applies in accordance with the conditions set out in these warranty conditions and is a very special extra service that we offer in addition to the statutory warranty. The guarantee therefore does not affect your prescribed rights according to current legislation.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on all products throughout our range, ensuring that defects are rectified or that the product is replaced within the warranty period at Tonorex Design’s discretion.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID?
The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase in a Tonorex Design store or from the date the product is delivered to you by Tonorex Design (if not delivered at the time of purchase).
HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Warranty claims must be made in writing via email, within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered and in any case before the end of the warranty period. You must be able to document where and when the product was purchased or delivered by presenting a receipt or invoice. You may also be asked to present relevant documentation of the defect in the form of photographs or the like, or to return the product for further examination.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
General wear and tear, scuff marks, scratches, water damage or other damage caused by misuse, accidents, impacts or external damage and discoloration caused by misuse or handling.
Damage and discoloration caused by lack of or incorrect care/improper maintenance in accordance with Tonorex Design’s care instructions.
Products that have been stored, assembled or used incorrectly, abused or modified, products that have been exposed to high temperature variations, placed in direct sunlight or in an environment for which the product is not suitable, for example outdoors or in a humid environment such as a bathroom.
WHAT ARE WE DOING TO CORRECT THE ERROR?
When you report a defect, Tonorex Design will investigate the matter and, at its discretion, determine whether it is covered by the warranty. We then decide whether the fault can be fixed or whether the product should be replaced. Tonorex Design reserves the right to decide what action to take if the claim is covered by warranty and will then cover the cost of replacing or repairing the affected part(s). If the product has been discontinued from the collection, Tonorex Design decides on a suitable replacement product.
If the fault can be rectified, it will be done by Tonorex Design or by a partner selected by Tonorex Design and in the manner required. This corrects the error without further possibility of price reduction or other compensation.
